We offer full service planning or day of coordination only.
For Full service, we like to start working with our clients at least 12 months in advance. For Day of coordination, we like to start working with our clients at least 4 months in advance.
Included in our package:
- Custom proposal with mood/design board
- Unlimited calls & emails with the planning team
- Sourcing & Managing vendors
- Up to 2 walkthroughs with vendors
- On-site coordination (rehearsal and day of)
- Budget management
- Creation of event documents: timeline, floorplans and day of timeline
